Brantley Gilbert dedicated his latest song to “the two most important women” in his life.

On Friday (Nov. 19), the country superstar shared an “extremely special” new song called “How To Talk To Girls,” a tune that Gilbert wrote with his wife, Amber, and 2-year-old daughter, Braylen, in mind and serves as a tribute to them.

“I started writing this song with my wife and daughter in mind…” Gilbert shared of the song’s inspiration. “I’ve known [Amber Cochran Gilbert] since we were kids, and we’ve been married for 6 years now… I’m still in awe of her… Then my daughter came along, and I realized I still struggle to find the right words to say to the girls I love…”

Gilbert also recently shared in a Facebook Live that new song is “really close to my heart. It’s one that I’m proud to say I wrote, and I’m proud to sing, and I hope you guys and girls dig it.”

Listen to the heartfelt new single below.

“How To Talk To Girls” follows the release of his latest song, “Gone But Not Forgotten,” both of which are expected to appear on Gilbert’s forthcoming new album.

The country hitmaker first teased the new song via an Instagram post, which he shared on Friday (Nov. 5). The post included a photo of himself with his wife and daughter onstage in front of bright spotlights, and he seemingly teased fans with what could be lyrics from the forthcoming new song.

“Just like her mama, she’s got me at a loss for words. #howtotalktogirls,” Gilbert captioned the photo.

Additionally, Gilbert recently released an emotion-filled music video for his latest song, “Gone But Not Forgotten.” The video pays tribute to his late grandfather and fallen military members, and you can watch it HERE.

The Georgia native is currently in the midst of his ‘The Worst Country Tour of All Time’ trek, with special guests: Jackson Michelson, Jackson Dean, Michael Ray, Mitchell Tenpenny, Morgan Evans, Niko Moon, Sean Stemaly, SixForty1, and Tyler Braden on select dates.
