Snoop Dogg is set to join NBC’s The Voice and Blake Shelton seems to be excited!

In a clip shared to YouTube late Sunday (April 12) evening, the country superstar is seen dancing backstage to a Snoop Dogg classic, “Drop It Like It’s Hot,” while wearing a jacket that perfectly matched the one Snoop is wearing in the clip.

“What’s going on bro?” Snoop asked Shelton when he walked in on him dancing to the popular track.

Shelton replied, “What’s up man?” before Snoop asked Shelton, “what are we twins today?” before the clip cut to Kelly Clarkson.

“Snoop is more than just a rapper,” Clarkson added in the just under a minute long clip.

Later in the video, Shelton asked Snoop if he likes country music in which he was shocked by Snoops answer. “I love country,” Snoop replied before cutting to a clip of him saying “well, howdy cowboy” to a pair of country contestants during the upcoming Knockout rounds.

The “Drop It Like It’s Hot” singer will be joining the Knockout rounds during Season 20 of The Voice on Monday, April 19 as a mega mentor.

During the Knockout rounds, Snoop will be offering The Voice contestants advice and words of wisdom, similar to what was shown within the video where he was seen telling one of the contestants, “make this yours sis” and “add on some levels and some layers.”
