Are Blake Shelton and Nick Jonas releasing a duets album together?

During Thursday’s (Feb. 25) interview with Entertainment Tonight’s Lauren Zima, The Voice coaches joked about a duets album together after Jonas teased a new Jonas Brothers album and “other things in addition to” that. Jonas speaking about his just-announced third studio solo album, Spaceman.

“You want to announce it right now, Nick? Nick and I have a duets project coming out,” Shelton shared. “There it is, next month.”

“Yeah,” Jonas replied laughing before Zima chimed in and said “so, a new Nick Jonas album?”

“No, it’s the duets album, Blake and Nick sing the hits,” Jonas joked.

“Oh, good, that’s a good name, I love that,” Zima added.

Throughout the interview, the superstar’s also chatted about the upcoming season of The Voice, Nick’s return to the show, their significant others and much more.

Additionally, Shelton, Kelly Clarkson and John Legend will return as this season’s coaches with Season 18 coach Nick Jonas returning to take Gwen Stefani’s chair, following her triumphant season with contestant Carter Rubin taking home the title. Carson Daly will return as the show’s host.

Darren Criss, Luis Fonsi, Brandy, Dan + Shay will be joining this season. Criss will advise for Team Nick Jonas, Fonsi will advise Team Kelly Clarkson. Brandy will be the advisor for Team John Legend and Dan + Shay will advise Team Blake Shelton.

The Voice premieres on Monday, Mar. 1 at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
