Ella Langley, Lainey Wilson, Megan Moroney and Zach Top are among the most-nominated artists at the 2025 CMA Awards. On Monday afternoon (Sept. 8), the Country Music Association (CMA) unveiled the full list of nominees during a livestream on their Facebook and YouTube.
“Each year, the CMA Awards shine a light on the creativity, passion and dedication of our community,” Sarah Trahern, CMA Chief Executive Officer, shared in a statement. “The nominees announced today represent some of the most impactful work happening across Country Music, and we are deeply appreciative of our voting members for lending their time and expertise to this process. Ella Langley, Lainey Wilson, and Megan Moroney lead the 2025 CMA Awards with six nominations each. Langley earned nods for Single of the Year (“you look like you love me”), Song of the Year (“you look like you love me”), Female Vocalist of the Year, Musical Event of the Year (“Don’t Mind If I Do”), Music Video of the Year (“you look like you love me”) and New Artist of the Year.
Moroney’s nominations include Single of the Year (“Am I Okay?”), Album of the Year (Am I Okay?), Song of the Year (“Am I Okay?”), Female Vocalist of the Year, Musical Event of the Year (“You Had To Be There”), Music Video of the Year (“Am I Okay?”).

Wilson scored nominations for Single of the Year (“4x4xU”), Album of the Year (Whirlwind), Song of the Year (“4x4xU”), Female Vocalist of the Year, Music Video of the Year (“Somewhere Over Laredo”) as well as the night’s highest honor, Entertainer of the Year.
Zach Top is the most-nominated male artist with five nominations, including Single of the Year (“I Never Lie”), Album (Cold Beer & Country Music), Song of the Year (“I Never Lie”), Male Vocalist of the Year, New Artist of the Year, followed by Riley Green and Cody Johnson four nods each.
Meanwhile, Kristian Bush, Carson Chamberlain, Luke Combs, Charlie Handsome, Chris Stapleton, and Morgan Wallen each secure three nominations.

Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton, Morgan Wallen and Lainey Wilson will compete for the night’s most prestigious honor of Entertainer Of The Year.
This year’s CMA Awards also welcomes several first-time nominees, including Johnny Clawson, Jon Decious, Jessie Jo Dillon, Josh Dorr, Alexandra Gavillet, Lalo Guzman, Jimmy Harnen, Brandon Lake, Micah Nichols, John Park, Aaron Raitiere, Matt Rovey, Kyle Sturrock, Wales Toney, Tucker Wetmore, and Stephen Wilson Jr.

The 59th Annual CMA Awards are voted on by the 7,132 voting-eligible CMA Professional members, which represent every corner of the Country Music landscape, including industry professionals, recording artists, songwriters, producers, musicians and more. Winners of The 59th Annual CMA Awards will be decided during the Final Round of voting by eligible CMA Professional members and revealed during the CMA Awards broadcast in November.
The 59th Annual CMA Awards will broadcast live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on Wednesday, Nov. 19 (8:00 – 11:00 PM/EST) on ABC. The three-hour broadcast, produced by Robert Deaton and directed by Alan Carter, will also be available to watch on-demand the next day on Hulu.
