Former One Direction member Zayn Malik has welcomed his first child with his longtime girlfriend, Gigi Hadid.
The announcement of his baby girl’s birth came on Wednesday (Sept. 23) evening at 9:51 p.m. via Twitter. Malik tweeted a black and white photo of himself holding his baby girl’s hand.
“Our baby girl is here, healthy & beautiful to try put into words how i am feeling right now would be an impossible task,” Malik captioned a photo on Twitter. “The love i feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, & thankful for the life we will have together x”

Hadid also shared the news via her Instagram saying “Our girl joined us earth-side this weekend and she’s already changed our world. So in love.”
