A few days ago, Marshmello unveiled that he will be collaborating with the Ocala, FL rock band, A Day To Remember on a new single titled “Rescue Me” via his social media platforms. Now, Today (June 14th) he released the new single which comes as the first single off his forthcoming LP, Joytime III.
The song is the perfect mixture of EDM, Pop-Rock and punk all combining for this impeccable new tune from the EDM giant, Marshmello and Rock band, A Day to Remember. A Day to Remember’s frontman Jeremy McKinnon’s vocals are the perfect fit for this instrumental and blend beautifully with the sound. Watch the incredible new music video that is the perfect beach themed rescue scene, like something out of the movie Castaway with some instruments added in.
There is no definitive release date for Marshmello’s Joytime III, but the single “Rescue Me” is definitley showing that the album is going to be a hit record for Marshmello.
