On Wednesday (March 4), KISS brought their farewell tour to Los Angeles’ STAPLES Center, home to the LA Lakers and as Paul Stanley called it “the house that Kobe built.”

Stanley paid tribute to the late Kobe Bryant and his daughter GiGi during the show, dedicating the show to him, his late daughter and all of the victims who were tragically killed in the helicopter crash.

Stanley even wore a No. 24 glittery Los Angeles Lakers jersey to honor them while performing “Do You Love Me?” as the spotlights lit up Bryant’s numbers that hung above the crowd.

He told the sold out crowd, “None of us would be here if this place wasn’t really like a memorial to somebody who was so much more than a basketball player, somebody who’s been a role model, And tonight, I think we dedicate this show not only to Kobe and his daughter Gigi, but to all the people who perished on that helicopter.”
