King Calaway continued their House Band Series on Thursday (April 23) with a performance of Kevin Rowland & Dexys Midnight Runners’ “Come On Eileen” with special guests and friends of the band, Lindsey Stirling and Sara Evans.
“Our dear friends @saraevansmusic and @lindseystirling have joined us on #ComeOnEileen as our next #KCHouseBand performance,” said King Calaway on their social media post. “We’ve absolutely loved all of your requests so please keep the ideas coming and stay tuned for our next #KCHouseBand”
At the core of King Calaway’s music is the mission to bring people together to create something bigger than the sum of our parts. In that spirit the bandmates decided to offer up themselves up as Nashville’s band to support and play with fellow artists practicing social distancing.
The band launched their ‘House Band Series’ last week on April 20, with special guests Jimmie Allen, Lindsay Ell and Blanco Brown, performing John Mayer’s “Waiting On the World to Change,” which you can watch HERE.
