King Calaway continued their House Band Series on Thursday (June 11) with a performance of Dolly Parton’s hit song “Jolene” with special guest and friends of the band, Gabby Barrett.
“It was only a matter of time till we threw in some Dolly P!!!! Hope you love this cover of Jolene. @gabbybarrett_ is the voice you didn’t know you needed this morning,” King Calaway captioned the video.
At the core of King Calaway’s music is the mission to bring people together to create something bigger than the sum of our parts. In that spirit the bandmates decided to offer up themselves up as Nashville’s band to support and play with fellow artists practicing social distancing. This cover video stars all six members of King Calaway including Chris Deaton, Simon Dumas, Chad Michael Jervis, Jordan Harvey, Austin Luther and Caleb Miller, performing from their homes around the world, and Barrett, performing from Texas.
