Kane Brown and Blackbear performed their chart-climbing pop hit during a recent TV appearance.

The country superstar and singer/pop producer joined forces for the television debut of their fan-favorite hit, “Memory,” on Thursday (Oct. 7) during The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Produced by Andrew Goldstein and blackbear and written by Brown, Matthew Musto (blackbear), Andrew Goldstein, Joe Kirkland and Ernest Smith, “Memory” finds Brown and Bear singing about living in the moment and escaping from any pains that life throws at you along the way.“

“I wanna live life fast, I don’t know how to slow down/ I wanna get high, I don’t know how to come down/ Help me now, I’m on runnin’ on empty/ And I don’t wanna be a memory/ Live life fast, I don’t know how to slow down/ I wanna get high, I don’t know how to come down/ Help me now, I’m on runnin’ on empty/ And I don’t wanna be a memory,” Brown and Bear sing in perfect harmony on the track’s chorus.
