American Idol alum & former Top 3 finalist, Gabby Barrett returned to the American Idol stage tonight (May 5) for a debut performance of her latest smash hit single “I Hope” in front of a live audience and the judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie during the Top 6 performances on American Idol 2019. The crowd adored her impeccable performance that really highlighted her vocals perfectly.

However, that wasn’t it, Barrett announced that she recently signed with Warner Brothers Nashville and is now one of their artists. Also, celebrating her new engagement with soon-to-be husband and American Idol contestant, Cade Foehner. Katy Perry greeted Barrett on stage screaming about her ring and cheering on her performance.

Barrett will hit the road with tour stops through the end of the year, while continuing in the studio with GRAMMY-nominated producer Ross Copperman on highly anticipated new music.
