Dierks Bentley and his 12-year-old daughter sang his chart-topping hit “Different For Girls” together onstage.
During Bentley’s set in Chicago, IL at Windy City Smokeout on Saturday (July 10), Bentley oldest daughter Evie joined him for a special daddy/daughter moment onstage, where she showed that the apple doesn’t fall very far from the tree as she belted out the lyrics to his popular hit single.
“Different For Girls” originally features Elle King and appears on Bentley’s 2016 album, Black. The capacity crowd roared as Evie sang Elle King’s verse of the track, live on stage in front of thousands.

The country superstar shared photos from his set at the festival, which include a photo of the special daddy/daughter moment.
“Hard to put into words how much we’ve missed this as a band and crew… thanks for coming out Chicago. You were legendary,” Bentley captioned photos of his performance at Windy City Smokeout. “Just a few more weeks until the #BeersOnMe tour kicks off.”
The “Gone” singer recently shared the unfortunate news that his highly-anticipated Seven Peaks Music Festival has been cancelled due to capacity restrictions in Colorado.
“I am so sorry to announce that we are going to have to cancel 7P for this year. I really could not be more bummed out about it. We tried everything to make it happen, but Chaffee County has decided against lifting capacity restrictions,” Bentley shared.
Festival organizers added, “Seven Peaks Music Festival is being cancelled for 2021 due to current capacity restrictions in place by local health officials,” the statement on social media read. “All 2021 passes purchased at SevenPeaksFestival.com will automatically be fully refunded within 30 days back to the original form of payment. We are already planning for 2022, and a new location will be announced in the coming months. Stay tuned for details.”
Additionally, Bentley is set to the hit the road on his Beers On Me tour later this summer with Riley Green and Parker McCollum.
The Beers On Me tour will kick off on August 13 in Salt Lake City, UT and run through 20+ markets before wrapping up on October 22.
