Watch Dalton Dover’s Childhood Dreams Come True As He Shares “Surreal” Duet With Gary LeVox

Dalton Dover had his childhood dreams come true on Wednesday (Oct. 5) when he visited his producer Matt McV’s house and shared an impromptu duet with Rascal Flatts‘ frontman Gary LeVox

Luckily, the fast-rising country star recorded a video of the unforgettable moment and shared the clip with his followers on social media. In the clip, Dover is seen strumming his acoustic guitar alongside LeVox as they belt out the lyrics to “Bless The Broken Road” in perfect harmony.

“Had the opportunity to sing with Rascal Flatts’ Gary LeVox today! One of my childhood dreams was to do this. 🖤 #blessthebrokenroad,” Dover captioned the clip. 

After sharing the clip, Dover told Music Mayhem what it was like singing alongside the country hitmaker.

“Getting to sing with Gary was a dream come true,” Dover shared. “I remember watching the movie Cars and hearing ‘Life Is A Highway’ and instantly fell in love with Gary’s INSANE VOICE! I was just a kid… so to sing with him today, to say the least, it was an amazing moment for me.”

In addition to an impromptu duet with LeVox, the “Get Down Like That” singer also offer Dover some advice.

“Gary told me to keep pushing, and to never stop. He also told me he loves what I am doing,” Dover revealed. 

When we Dover if he would ever join forces with LeVox for a recorded duet on an upcoming project, he replied, “It would be absolutely insane to have a song with Gary… It would definitely be an honor for sure, maybe that can happen soon.”

The 24-year-old hitmaker recently turned heads with the release of his songs, “Hear About A Girl” and “Damn Good Life.”

Additionally, the Georgia native announced that he will be joining Priscilla Block this fall on her headlining trek, dubbed the Welcome To The Block Party Tour, which is set to kick off on October 13 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

“Super pumped to be joining @priscillablock on the •welcome to the block party tour• this October, it’s definitely bout to be a party I can’t wait to see y’all there! 👊🏽💙” Dover wrote on Instagram, celebrating the tour announcement.
