Walker Hayes Shares “Country Stuff” Duet Feat. Jake Owen, Reveals EP Details

Walker Hayes released details for his just-announced EP, Country Stuff, and released the title track featuring Jake Owen.

On Friday, May 7, the country singer shared “Country Stuff,” a duet that that features Owen and is an ode the country lifestyle.

“Having Jake Owen on ‘Country Stuff’ is a full circle moment for me” Hayes admits. “When I got my first publishing deal in town, Jake was one of the first artists to put a hold on one of my songs. That moment meant so much to me. To now be releasing a song with him on it… that’s just mind blowing.”

“Country Stuff” was co-written by Hayes alongside Joe Thibodeau and Adam Stark, produced by Hayes, Thibodeau and Shane McAnally. You can listen to the new song below. The song marks the third track released from the highly-anticipated EP, following “I Hope You Miss Me” and “Make You Cry,” which will be available on June 4. The star-studded 6-track EP will include collaborations with Carly Pearce, Lori McKenna as well as Owen on the title track. The full track list can be found below.
