Volumes have dropped the official video for the new song “Pixelate.”
“The song is about consuming and ingesting too much social media and news,” the band explains. “It’s about the negative influence that these platforms, applications, and publications have on us today.”
The video was shot safely and while adhering to social distancing and quarantine guidelines in various locations in the band’s native Los Angeles during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Earlier this year, Volumes shared the new song “holywater.”
These tracks arrive ahead of the band’s next full length for Fearless Records. Volumes also confirmed vocalist Michael Barr’s return to the lineup after a five-year absence — much to the delight of fans.
