Tyler Booth shared an unforgettable moment on stage with country music “icon” Darius Rucker.

The rising country star and Music Mayhem artist to watch joined Rucker on stage for a moment he will never forget during their concert in Canandaigua, NY at CMAC on Sunday, August 29. Booth and Rucker performed a cover of Hank Williams Jr’s iconic hit “Family Tradition” for the capacity crowd in New York.

“Getting to sing with an icon this past week was the greatest on-stage experience of my life,” Booth captioned a photo of himself with Rucker. “Darius Rucker thank you, love ya. 🙌🏼.” Rucker replied, “Good times man!”

Rucker welcomed Booth to the stage during his performance to perform the classic Williams Jr hit and the pair flawlessly traded verses of the song before harmonizing together during the chorus. The epic performance earned Rucker and Booth a roaring standing ovation.
