Travis Denning’s new song is a total barn-burner!

The rising country star shared the track that he previously described as “country as hell” on Friday, May 14. Co-written by Denning alongside Jessi Alexander and Chris Stevens, “Call It Country” is a high-energy track that seems like it was written with live shows in mind and is destined to become his next No. 1 hit.

“We keep that needle in the red on that hell raisin’ meter/ We crank that Charlie Daniel’s out them Ford and Chevy speakers/ We throw it down in this Podunk town, ain’t afraid to get muddy/ Yeah, call it what you want to, we just call it country,” Denning sings during the chorus of the arena-ready track.

His single “ABBY” is currently at country radio and is quickly climbing the charts.

Additionally, Denning is gearing up to hit the road as direct support for Brothers Osborne this summer. The tour is set to kick off in Philadelphia on July 29th and run throughout the summer and fall into November, making stops in Boston, Indianapolis, Atlanta, San Diego, Nashville, San Fransisco, Memphis, Los Angeles and many more.
