Thomas Rhett just unveiled his new music video for “Remember You Young,” a track that is the second single off of Rhett’s fourth studio album, Center Point Road. The music video comes just a day after Rhett performed the song on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, which you can watch below as well as see the music video below.

In the song Rhett sings about his wife, his daughters, old friends and recalls many of precious memories that he has had throughout his life and career. The live performance on Colbert was emotion-filled and so is the music video as he showcases some of his life’s most precious memories.
