Thomas Rhett performed his new single “Look What God Gave Her,” making for his debut performance of the song on television, with the performance on 54th Academy of Country Music Awards tonight (April 7). Launching his performance from his seat next to his beautiful wife, Lauren Akins before taking to the Vegas stage.
Rhett has told fans that the song is about his wife, Lauren Akins, which makes sense as to why he launched his performance singing from next to him. The single, “Look What God Gave Her” will be appearing on Rhett’s upcoming new album, Center Point Road, which is due out on May 31st.
