The Story So Far have released what appears to be a teaser video for new music, which has sent fans off the edge with excitement. The video released via their label’s Twitter showcases fans Tweets asking when they can expect their new album and the label tweeted the video out using the hashtag “#TSSF2018” possibly implying new music is coming this year.
Kelen Capener (bassist of The Story So Far) tweeted saying, “Ew, it’s the old version of the song,” which prompted a response from This Wild Life frontman Anthony saying, “Song rules though” in which sound engineer Sam Pura replied saying, “You’ll be stoked.” Pura also tweeted lastnight (March 30th) saying “I wonder if my neighbors are as stoked as I am to be listening to the new @thestorysofarca album that I’m blasting in my backyard.” I think this implies that the album is nearing its release. Sam Pura was the producer and mixing engineer of their 2015 release of their Self Titled album.
So far nothing has been 100% announced and it’s just a rumor, or possibly an April Fools Joke that the band is playing. However, fans are stoked and they are hoping its real and that an announcement for new music is coming soon. Stay tuned and we will keep you updated!
