After much anticipation from Taylor Swift’s fans who have created their own assumptions and speculations on when and how new music will be released, from her social media posts. Swift has now updated her social media platforms with a mysterious photos of what appears to be a pastel watercolor visual of clouds.
Swift updated her socials when the clock hit midnight on Friday, the pop star changed her social media photos on all platforms to a pastel sky and included the date “4.26” in her bio which gives fans 13 days to eagerly await what is to come from Swift. The new photo replaces her old photo which was her reputation album cover across all of her socials.
Swift’s website has been updated with a countdown clock and an email list signup for whatever it may be that Swift has up her sleeve. She also has purchased the domain www.aprilTwentySix.com.
Fans have been speculating new music via information they think they found within her instagram photos, almost a countdown of sorts but now they know that they have 13 days till something big from Swift. Not sure what it may be but we are hoping for some new music from her. Although, her album, reputation, was just released in November 2017, not even two years ago.
However if this is new music from Swift, this will be her first new music since leaving her longtime label, Big Machine Label Group and moving over to Universal Music Group’s Republic Records. For the record Swift has been photographed multiple times recently leaving a recording studio, so stay tuned for updates on this developing story.
Swift teased fans even more at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 14, Addressing the speculations live on air saying, “I love your passion, I love your attention to detail, I love how much you care. I love seeing all the things you’re posting online. I just wanted to let you know that when there is new music, you will be the first to know,” she cheekily told the audience.
