Smithfield are setting the mood just right with their latest single, “Something Sexy.”

The alluring new single released on Wednesday, April 28, was co-written by the duo’s Jennifer Fielder and Trey Smith alongside Adam Wood, the song finds the duo paying homage to some of the most iconic love songs by “some of the genre’s greatest artists,” including Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Keith Urban, Eric Church, Keith Whitley, Chris Young and more. Below is a full list of the iconic country love songs that the rising duo mentioned throughout the seductive track.

“Country music has produced some of the most iconic love songs, and ‘Something Sexy’ is a nod to several of our favorites by some of the genre’s greatest artists,” Smithfield said. “The idea was born from us sitting down one day with our co-writer and saying, ‘We need to write something sexy today.’ It was a spur of the moment conversation that turned into a song we are so proud and excited to release as our next single!”
