Slipknot have scored their third number one on Billboard Top 200 with their new album, We Are Not Your Kind, with 118,000 equivalent album units in the United Sates during the record’s first week sales. 102,000 of those units came from strictly album sales, which was highly benefitted from the bands Knotfest Roadshow summer tour that each ticket sale came with a copy of their new album, helping album sales rise quickly.

We Are Not Your Kind debuted with global success debuting at No. 1 in Australia, United States of America and in the U.K. The band previously charted high on the Billboard charts with their 2014 release of .5: The Gray Chapter and 2008’s All Hope Is Gone.
