Sleeping With Sirens released their new album Madness earlier this year, and today they unveil a new music for “Better Off Dead.” A powerful track that touches upon topics very dear to Sleeping With Sirens’ hearts – depression and suicide – “Better Off Dead” receives a haunting visual treatment from Sitcom Soldiers.
“I think this video does an amazing job at capturing the concept of the song,”says Kellin Quinn about“Better Off Dead.” “I thought it would be interesting to look at the idea of depression as being trapped and feeling helpless, and I think the video captures that in a unique way. I’m getting more involved in the ideas for our videos and I really enjoy that part!”
Sleeping With Sirens will bring their captivating and dynamic live show on the road this Winter during their co-headlining U.S. tour with All Time Low. The band is also set to tour Asia and Australia this Fall before returning to Europe and the UK early next year.
Current album Madness, a vibrant and unabashed collage of melodic pop-rock perfection, punk aggression and vulnerable soulfulness, debuted at #1 on the iTunes Rock Albums Chart and Top 10 on the iTunes Overall Albums Chart earlier this year while five of the album tracks appeared in the Top 10 of the iTunes Rock Songs Chart. Madness also returned the band to the Billboard 200, charting inside the Top 15 upon debut. “Kick Me” was also just named Alternative Press’ Song Of The Year at the 2015 AP Awards, and “We Like It Loud” is currently used as WWE’s NXT theme song while the band is the current featured artist for the WWE NXT: LOUD program.
