The US post-hardcore band, SLAVES has released a new single “Patience is the Virtue,” off of their forthcoming album, Beautiful Death. This is one of the first singles being released since Slaves was dropped from their record label Artery Recordings, just days after fresh allegations of sexual misconduct surfaced against frontman Jonny Craig. This is the third single released off of this album, the other two singles being “I’d Rather See Your Star Explode” and “True Colors.”
Their forthcoming album Beautiful Death is being released on February 16th, 2018. Beautiful Death seems to be the deepest, most meaningful, and impacting work that Jonny Craig has created to date, with the lyrics being real and sounding as if they are directly relating to Craig’s life situations.
