After teasing fans on social media all day, Grammy-award winning artist, Shawn Mendes has officially unleashed his new single “If I Can’t Have You.” Earlier today, Mendes shared a pastel-colored cover art for the single and a link to an online store which was selling the single on CD, vinyl and cassette.

This new single “If I Can’t Have You” is expected to be the lead single from Mendes’ much-anticipated fourth studio album, which is not yet announced, nor do we know any details for. Fans are ecstatic about the possibility of a new record coming from Mendes and absolutely adore his new single. Mendes’ first three records have debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 charts and have created several smash hit songs like “Mercy,” “Treat You Better,” “In My Blood” and “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back.”

The song was written by Shawn Mendes alongside longtime collaborators Scott Harris, Teddy Geiger, and Nate Mercreau and was produced by Shawn Mendes and Teddy Geiger. The music video for the song is in black and white, and Mendes is seen with a girl and singing the song as he wore a pair of black track pants and a white beater.

Make sure you tune into Saturday Night Live this weekend (May 4) for Mendes’ live debut of “If I Can’t have You.” This appearance on ‘SNL’ marks his second as a musical guest on the show.  You can pick up the single HERE and shop the vinyl collection as well or maybe you want a cassette and CD in one of the shades of pink, orange and blue that they are available in. You can get them now!

Shawn just wrapped the sold-out European leg of his global headlining arena and stadium tour in April. The entire World Tour spans more than 100 dates throughout 2019 in North America, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand & Asia. For additional information regarding tour dates and tickets please visit http://shawnmendesofficial.com.
