Shania Twain gave a post card worthy performance of “Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under” at the 2020 CMT Music Awards on Wednesday (Oct. 21), live from Switzerland.

“Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under” was released in January 1995 as the first single released from her second studio album, The Woman in Me. The song was the first single that Twain co-wrote with her then-husband Robert John “Mutt” Lange.

Twain’s performance marked her first CMT Music Awards appearance in several years.

The 2020 CMT Music Awards aired Wednesday night (Oct. 21) on CMT and featured performances from Morgan Wallen, Jimmie Allen, Noah Cyrus, Kelsea Ballerini, Halsey, Little Big Town, Ashley McBryde, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Brooks & Dunn, Maren Morris, Kane Brown, Dan + Shay, Shania Twain and Sam Hunt as well as debut performances by Caylee Hammack, HARDY, Ingrid Andress, Mickey Guyton, Riley Green and Travis Denning.

The show was co-hosted by Kane Brown alongside Ashley McBryde and Sarah Hyland.

The Awards were produced by CMT’s Margaret Comeaux, Switched On Entertainment’s John Hamlin and Amy Lin Johnson; the Executives in Charge of Production are Jackie Barba and Heather D. Graffagnino.
