Post Malone created a makeshift tribute band live from his home in Salt Lake City with help from Travis Barker, Brian Lee and Nick Mack on Friday (April 24), raising funds for United Nations Foundation’s Covid-19 Solidarity Response Fund for The World Health Organization. The group of guys did practice social-distancing performing from separate rooms in Post’s house.

In the first hour of the stream Post raised over $1 million, which has since climbed to $4.3 million as reported by TMZ. If you missed the performance or if you want to donated still, you can on YouTube or below, Post and friends performed a 15-song, 80-minute set that included Nirvana classics like “Come As You Are,” “About A Girl” and “Heart-Shaped Box.”

The performance was so impressive it even garnered some impressive reviews from Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic who said “I don’t think these fellows can play any better. They are on fire!!!!” while adding that he was “holding emotions back the whole show.” Followed by compliments from Courtney Love who told fans “GOOSEBUMPS! F*** YES,” on Instagram continuing to tell Post Malone to celebrate the incredible performance with a margarita after.
