P!NK released a new single “Irrelevant,” which serves as a protest anthem urging listeners to take action and advocate for their rights.

The award-winning hitmaker released the brand-new song on Thursday (July 14) via RCA Records. “Irrelevant” was co-written by P!NK and Ian Fitchuk, marking the first collaboration between the artist and the GRAMMY-award winning producer and songwriter.

“As a woman with an opinion and the fearlessness to voice that opinion, it gets very tiring when the only retort is to tell me how irrelevant I am,” P!NK said of the tune. “I am relevant because I exist, and because I am a human being. No one is irrelevant. And no one can take away my voice.”

Throughout the infectious anthem, the pop superstar puts her powerhouse vocals on full display while taking a stand for the rights of everyone.

“The kids are not alright / None of us are right / I’m tired but I won’t sleep tonight ‘Cause I still feel alive /  The kids are not alright (Not alright) / None of us are right (None of us are right) /  I’m tirеd but I won’t sleep tonight ‘Cause I still feel alive,” P!NK sings on the chorus.

P!NK Will Donate Her Proceeds From The Song To When We All Vote

With focus on voter’s advocacy, the artist is throwing support behind the organization, When We All Vote, announcing that her proceeds from “Irrelevant” will go to the national, nonpartisan voting initiative created by Michelle Obama.

The advocacy group, whose mission is to change the culture around the voting process, seeks to increase participation in each election cycle by helping to close race and age gaps. To date, more than 100 million people have been educated about the voting process, resulting in increased voter registration.

The call to resist continues in “Irrelevant,” as P!NK urges fans to stand up and advocate for their rights.

P!nk released All I Know So Far: Setlist, a live album recorded live on her Beautiful Trauma World Tour in 2019. The project featured her latest single “All I Know So Far,” a track produced by Greg Kurstin and co-written by P!NK alongside Benj Pasek and Justin Paul.

All I Know So Far: Setlist is P!NK’s second live album and is the soundtrack to her documentary film, Pink: All I Know So Far.

In 2019, the hitmaker released her latest album, Hurts 2B Human.
