Parker McCollum’s Florida and Georgia tour dates originally set for this weekend have been suddenly postponed.
On Wednesday (Jan. 12), the rising country star and Texas native shared the unfortunate news via Twitter and revealed the newly scheduled dates.
“Hey y’all, due to positive COVID cases on the team & us wanting to keep everybody safe, we’ve rescheduled the shows this weekend,” McCollum wrote.
The “Hell Of A Year” singer went on to share that the shows in Jacksonville, Orlando and Augusta have already been rescheduled.
“Jacksonville’s new date is Feb 6. Orlando, the new date is April 7, & Augusta, I’ll see y’all Feb 26,” McCollum added. “All tickets will be honored so hang onto them!”
Walker Montgomery was scheduled to serve as direct support on the Florida shows.

McCollum will return to the road with three back-to-back shows later this month.
The country hitmaker will perform in Chattanooga, Tennessee at The Signal on January 20, Asheville, North Carolina at The Orange Peel on January 21 and at The Ritz in Raleigh, North Carolina on January 22.
In late 2021, McCollum released his major-label, debut album, Gold Chain Cowboy, which features his chart-topping hit “Pretty Heart.”
McCollum rang in 2022 with a sold-out concert in his home state of Texas with his soon-to-be wife, Hailee Rae Light, at his side.
The country singer is set to return to Texas later this year for a headlining performance at RODEOHOUSTON.
