Following the performance, Holder took to social media to thank McCollum for allowing him to join him on stage.
“Holy fuck I just performed in front of 20,000 ppl last night!!! WTF!!!!” Holder wrote in his Instagram stories, before later sharing a clip of the moment, which he captioned, “DALLAS I fucking love you!! @parkermccollum thank you for believing in me brotha! You will always be family ❤️”
McCollum also took to social media to graciously thank the support acts and the capacity crowd for showing up.
“20,000 of our closest friends showed up in Dallas last night. Pat Green and Tyler Halverson opened the show. It was the hottest day of the year. It was absolutely perfect. THANK YOU!”
Holder recently joined forces with country star Reyna Roberts for a collaborative single, “Another Round.”
McCollum has been riding a wave of success over the course of 2022 thus far. He recently broke the record for the most tickets sold at the famed Whitewater Amphitheater in New Braunfels. McCollum sold a record-breaking 15,500+ tickets throughout a three-night residency at the iconic venue.
Earlier this year, McCollum earned his second consecutive No. 1 at Country radio with his single “To Be Loved By You,” a song that was inspired by his wife, Hallie Ray McCollum. The song went No. 1 on both the Billboard and Mediabase Country charts.

His song topped the charts the same week that he made his childhood dream come true as he performed for 73,000 fans at the famed Houston Rodeo at NRG Stadium in his home state of Texas.
“It’ll be years before I truly look back and realize what happened this week,” shares McCollum. “I was nervous that all my hard work and sacrifice wouldn’t be worth it in the long run. Well, after selling out RodeoHouston and having my second No. 1 I can assure you all–it was damn worth it. Every single last bit of it was worth it.”
“To Be Loved By You” follows his first-ever chart-topping hit, “Pretty Heart,” both of which appear on his debut album, Gold Chain Cowboy.
The Texas native also won his first two major awards, including New Male Artist Of The Year at the ACM Awards as well as Breakout Video Of The Year for his “To Be Loved By You” music video at the 2022 CMT Music Awards.
McCollum, whose debut album Gold Chain Cowboy was the highest first week debut album of 2021, is currently on the road headlining his own shows as well as serving as direct support on Thomas Rhett’s Bring The Bar To You Tour.
