Post Malone, Ozzy Osbourne and Travis Scott to Perform at AMAs
Ozzy Osbourne is making his return to the stage for the first live performance in nearly a year on November 24th on the 2019 American Music Awards (#AMAs), performing with Post Malone and Travis Scott.
The announcement came via Osbourne’s social media platforms saying, “We are taking to the #AMAs stage for the world TV Premiere of ‘Take What You Want’ this Saturday, Nov. 24th, at 8/7c at the American Music Awards on ABC!”
Osbourne got the flu in January which forced him to postpone his ‘No More Tours 2’ farewell tour to later dates, later being hospitalized with pneumonia concerns further pushing back live performances. Briefly after getting home from the hospital, Osbourne tripped and bashed his head into a night stand nearly breaking his neck and dislodging metal rods that were implanted in 2003 which resulted in surgery and an at least year long recovery.
Although, Osbourne couldn’t tour from these injuries, he was working on new music which brought his collaborative track “Take What You Want” on Post Malone’s latest album, Hollywood’s Bleeding. It also allowed him time to work with Malone’s producer Andrew Watt to create a new solo album of his own, Ordinary Man, which will be released in January 2020. Osbourne has already unveiled the first track from the new album however which was called “Under The Graveyard.”
