No other artist in the history of music has ever achieved what Billy Ray Cyrusaccomplished today. The singer/songwriter and worldwide entertainment icon hailing from Flatwoods, Kentucky shattered records when “Old Town Road,” featuring Cyrus, charted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with Lil Nas X for 17 consecutive weeks. Cyrus also holds the record for 17 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 all-genre albums chart in 1992 with Some Gave All.

“17 is my new favorite number! 17 weeks No. 1 Single “Old Town Road.” 17 weeks No. 1 Album Some Gave All. My goal was always to make music that would touch people’s lives around the world,” said Cyrus.

“Old Town Road” (Columbia Records) also leads Streaming Songs, Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Hot Rap Songs charts for 17 weeks each, according to Billboard.
