Melissa Peterman Hilariously Crashes Reba McEntire & Boyfriend Rex Linn’s Riverside Photoshoot [WATCH]

Reba McEntire and her boyfriend Rex Linn were in the midst of taking photos together when Melissa Peterman crashed their riverside photoshoot.

“We were just trying to do a quick photo shoot and then she showed up… #barbrajean #outdoorlife #photoshoot,” McEntire captioned the clip.

In the video, McEntire and Linn are seen having their photo taken by a professional photographer before Peterman hilariously interrupts the session by videoing the couple on her iPhone.

The beloved couple’s photoshoot was forced to be paused as McEntire and Linn could not keep their composure while they laughed at Peterman’s antics.

The clip was soundtracked by the Kreepa’s viral TikTok song “Oh No.”

McEntire, Linn, and Peterman will soon star in a new Lifetime movie together.

The film, dubbed, The Hammer, was inspired by the life of traveling circuit judge, Kim Wanker.

According to a press release from the network, McEntire will play the role of Kim Wheeler, who is described as “outspoken, firecracker lawyer” who is appointed Judge of the 5th District of Nevada. As one of the few traveling judges left in America, Wheeler finds herself covering a new circuit after the reigning judge passes away under what is described as “suspicious circumstances.”

The plot description goes on to read: “With gavel in hand, she lays down the law with a no-nonsense brand of justice, that quickly earns her the nickname ‘The Hammer.’ As the investigation of the former judge’s death heats up, Kim’s sister Kris (Peterman), who runs the local brothel, suddenly becomes the prime suspect, and Kim must work even harder to make certain the appropriate justice is served.”

Linn is set to play Bart Crawford, “a mysterious cowboy with unknown motives.”

McEntire will co-produce the project alongside The Cartel and Pahrump Pictures with Stan Spry, Eric Woods, Anthony Fankhauser and Steven St. Arnaud. Jeff Beesley will direct from a script by Karen Wyscarver and Sanford Golden.

This isn’t the first time McEntire has worked with Lifetime. In 2021, she starred in and executive produced her 2021 holiday film, Reba McEntire’s Christmas in Tune.

The country music icon is staying quite busy with television and film projects. In May, it was announced that she joined Season 3 of ABC’s Big Sky as a series regular.

McEntire previously starred in her own sitcom, Reba, for six seasons and later appeared in Malibu Country, Baby Daddy, Last Man Standing, and Young Sheldon.

Throughout her career, she has appeared in movies such as Tremors and The Little Rascals and voiced characters for Charlotte’s Web, The Land Before Time XIV, PJ Masks, and more.

During a recent interview on The Bobby Bones Show, McEntire revealed that she is “trying hard” to launch a reboot of her popular sitcom, Reba.

“We’ve really been trying hard to do a reboot of the Reba show,” McEntire said, in part. “I really want to work with the people that I got to work with during those six and a half years… It was fun, the cast, the crew, everybody we got to work with and play with, they were wonderful people.”

Additionally, McEntire is gearing up to hit the road with Terri Clark on a fall arena tour, which will include her first-ever headlining performance at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
