Macy Martin Enlists Inner Self-Confidence with New Single “Enough” — Exclusive Premiere

Singer/Songwriter, Macy Martin confides on inner self-confidence with the release of her new single, “Enough”.

“This song became my passion project. When my senior year spring break from college got extended at the height of COVID in March, I went back to Texas to visit my parents and we started going through old family photos and watching family home videos,” explains Martin. “The whole experience reminded me of this song. As I am and as you are beautiful, whole, and entirely you. You are loved, and are in fact enough as you are.”

Originally from Texas, Macy Martin has resided in Nashville for the past four years while earning her music business degree from Belmont University. A recent quarantine graduate, she has built her music career at the same time, honing-in on her songwriting craft.

“My biggest hope is that this becomes the soundtrack reminder to all who hear it,” explains Martin. “Especially during these times of uncertainty that we are all living in, that no matter what is happening, there is no one else in the world that can be a better you and that you are enough in every way!”

Exclusively via Music Mayhem Magazine, we’re proud to premiere the new single “Enough” below.

A big contributor to her upcoming project is accomplished producer Garen Gueyikian and Dave Pittenger (Jessie James Decker, Tyler Farr), who Macy considers a mentor. Her latest music is composed of stories of young love and self-discovery, following themes of growing confidence.

Macy’s songs reflect her country and pop influences; this project leaning into a pop aesthetic with strong country roots both vocally and instrumentally.
