Luke Combs Inducted as Newest Grand Ole Opry Member

Tonight’s lineup at the Grand Ole Opry was nothing short of spectacular including Luke Combs, Kelsea Ballerini, Vince Gill, Chris Janson, Craig Morgan, Joe Diffie and more, but not only was tonight a stacked lineup but it was a very special night. Tonight was the night that Luke Combs became an official member of the Grand Ole Opry in front of the sold out crowd, witnessing the history that was Combs’ official induction ceremony.

Vince Gill and Joe Diffie did the honors of inducting Mr. Combs into the Opry which ended in a roaring standing ovation as Combs hugged each person on stage with the biggest smile upon his face, appreciating the huge honor he had bestowed upon him.

Combs’ thanked his fans and more in his speech saying, “Pretty hard to find anything to say, and makes me feel like an idiot right now but here I am on stage with people that I grew u listening to and people that have shaped me as an artist and I just want to say thank you to you guys, thank you to the Grand Ole Opry, thank you to the fans. You guys should always remember that you guys are the most important thing that all of us have on this stage. Without y’all there is no Country music, there is no Grand Ole Opry, Thank you so much for everything you guys do, for making this possible for guys like us on this stage and I will never forget tonight. Thank you everyone for being apart of it.”
