Louis Tomlinson has been forced to join the plethora of artists being forced to reschedule or postpone their forthcoming tours due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Tomlinson assured fans that the tour is being rescheduled and that he will share new dates once they become available.

“Hi everyone, hope you’re all doing ok,” Tomlinson statement on social media began to read. “My US Tour this summer is being rescheduled. New dates are being worked on at the moment and as soon as we have the new schedule finalized i’ll share with everyone. All tickets will be honored accordingly.”

Tomlinson’s 43-date tour was originally slated to kick off on March 9th in Barcelona, Spain and was expected to hit cities all across the world including Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, London, Dubai, Jakarta, Sydney, Tokyo and Rio De Janeiro, among others before hitting North America. The North American leg of the tour, presented by Live Nation, was expected to begin on June 9th in Minneapolis and was hitting cities like Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto, Nashville, New York, and Los Angeles. The tour will be reschedule with new dates coming soon.

This tour was in support of his debut solo effort, Walls, which was released on January 31.
