Chicago-bred production duo Louis The Child have joined forces with beloved alt-pop band Foster the People for a stunning new single called “Every Color.” Co-written by Louis The Child’s Robby Hauldren and Freddy Kennett and Foster the People frontman Mark Foster, “Every Color” adds a dose of dreamy psych-pop to the duo’s addictively melodic form of electronic music.

Right from its very first seconds, the collaboration between Louis The Child and Foster the People proves to be a perfect match, with Kennett and Hauldren’s production bringing brilliant textures and shimmering beats to the instantly uplifting track. The latest in a series of exciting releases from Louis The Child, “Every Color” follows their recent single “Don’t Mind” — a radiant pop gem that finds Hauldren and Kennett taking over vocal duties for the first time, with no featured artists joining them on the song.
Earlier this year, Louis The Child announced dates for the upcoming second phase of their widely celebrated Here For Now headlining tour. Already praised for their explosive live set, Hauldren and Kennett recently stepped up their game by incorporating live production into each show, making their performance more kinetic than ever.
Kicking off on April 10 with a two-date stop in Berkeley, CA, the second phase of the Here For Now tour continues through June 12 in Eugene, OR. The nationwide run will include an amazing lineup of special guests, including Big Wild, Jai Wolf, K.Flay, San Holo, What So Not, Crooked Colours, EVAN GIIA, ilo ilo, MEMBA, and slenderbodies.
Tickets for all tour dates are on sale now. Check out the full itinerary below.
Next month, Louis The Child will also make their highly anticipated return to the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival stage. In addition, the duo will play a number of leading music festivals across the globe this year, including EDC Mexico and Hangout Music Festival.
