Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company, announced today that it has acquired a majority stake in Neste, a leading full-service event marketing company. The companies plan to combine Neste’s expertise with Live Nation’s extensive resources to bring to life, Neste Live!, a new venture that will facilitate turn-key talent buying and event production services for festivals, fairs, and corporate clients.
Neste Live! is uniquely positioned to service this space by bringing together Neste’s superior artist matching process with Live Nation’s extensive talent pool, and combining event production expertise from both teams.

Neste Event Marketing was established in 1995 as a corporate sponsorship and event marketing agency, servicing the growing music festival marketplace. After years of developing successful sponsorship programs for events, Neste added the talent buying and event production elements to their offered services. The team has spearheaded and supported over 500 events, and worked with a long roster of corporate clients, including Jack Links, Jockey, Kansas City Life Insurance, Advisors Excel and the NCAA College World Series.
The Neste Live! team will be based out of Tennessee, and report to Cunningham.
