LISTEN: TikTok Sensation Warren Zeiders Releases “Outskirts Of Heaven” Duet With Craig Campbell

Warren Zeiders was your typical college student pursuing a degree in marketing before falling into the competitive world of music. Similar to many Nashville newcomers – Warren got his start on TikTok, where he quickly garnered a massive fan base of over 1.5 million followers on the powerful platform alone.

It was his gritty twang and chilling country covers that captured the attention of music-goers nationwide. “I had people who wanted to hear my voice, wanted to hear my side of the story, and wanted to hear music from me when I was just posting covers,” Zeiders told Celeb Secrets Country. “My manager had found me and kind of came into my life and had told me ‘You can do this,” he added.

Following the career-changing conversation, his life took a sudden turn, and he became not just a TikTok sensation but a country rising star. While he continued to keep up the positive momentum by posting captivating covers, he also raked in 33.5 global audio streams with original tracks “Ride The Lightning” and “Dirt Road Don’t.”

The chart-topping hits found a home on his 2021 EP, 717 Tapes. While Zeiders may be new to the industry, he found himself rubbing elbows with elite songsmiths – Eric Paslay, Time Nichols, Randy Montana, and Justin Ebach to carefully craft the dynamic collection that showcases his strengths as a vocalist.

Off the heels of his successful introduction project, the budding singer-songwriter released an acoustic album chockfull of fan-favorite hits. The project features Zeiders hot takes of critically-acclaimed anthems from – Lynyrd Skynyrd, Morgan Wallen, Jason Isbell, Koe Wetzel, Whiskey Myers, Muscadine Bloodline, and more.

On Friday, December 10, the 22-year-old artist released “Outskirts Of Heaven” with Craig Campbell, which serves as the 11 track on his Acoustic Covers (Deluxe) album. The moving melody was first released on Campbell’s record, See You Try.

The idea to pen the sentimental ballad came to Campbell during an open and honest conversation about heaven with his wife. Before releasing the original, he realized that he was taking a musical risk by writing about his personal faith.

“It was a challenge, or a leap of faith. Pun intended. Because of what radio’s doing these days… ‘Outskirts of Heaven’ is fairly different than any of that,” shared Campbell with CountryFanCast back in 2016. “Listen, let’s take radio out of this. I don’t want to write this song for radio, I want to write it for myself. It’s definitely the things that I believe in.”

Fast-forward to the present day, and Zeiders’s soulful sound complements Campbell’s astonishing tenor twang – leaving them to create contagious harmonies that would spark a chill down anyone’s spine. Until eager fans receive more buzz-worthy renditions from 2021’s most promising rising star, they can stay connected on TikTok and learn more about the man behind the strings.
