Lindsey Stirling brought a fierce, raw, intimate performance into New York City’s Gramercy Theater on September 5th, the evening before her fifth studio album, Artemis, was unleashed into the world. Giving her fans an intimate experience that showcased her new music and also allow her talents to shine to show fans that she is a star without all of the bells and whistles that comes with a full production Lindsey Stirling show.

Stirling gave a sold out crowd a taste of her new music before its official release, allowing them to hear the music for the first time live which is guaranteed to have left a impression on the fans in attendance that they will not soon forget as the show was unbelievably extraordinary with just Stirling, her drummer, keyboardist/guitarist and of course Stirling’s violin. Stirling proved that it’s not about the glitz and glam of an amazing production that she normally brings along for a performance but about showcasing to fans that she is an exceptional talent on stage, giving a show that is a force to be reckoned with, with very minimal glitz, but lots of creativity and talent with her music, which is what Stirling fans have adored since the beginning and this new music is no different. Stirling even told the crowd “I am up here giving my all without any costumes or dancers to hide behind, just me my band and my violin.”

Stirling released her new album, Artemis, via BMG on September 6th, Stirling made it known that the album’s artwork was inspired by anime and thematically serves as a statement on reclaiming one’s light after overcoming grief. The new record features 13-tracks including her most recent single “The Upside (feat. Elle King),” the title track “Artemis,” “Underground” and “Love Goes On And On (feat. Evanescence’s Amy Lee).”

Stirling will embark on a number of international dates beginning on September 12th in Germany, followed by a slew of other major cities including Munich, Milan, Kraków, Warsaw, Berlin, Zurich and London.  For complete ticket purchase information on all tour dates, please visit (full list of dates below).
