Earlier this year, Lauren Alaina and Jon Pardi teamed up for a collaborative track entitled “Getting Over Him,” which also happens to be the title track to Alaina’s latest EP. And now the superstar duo have debuted a music video for the track.
The “Getting Over Him” Bonnie and Clyde-esque music video finds Alaina and Pardi playing the roles of vibrant vixen meets king of bad decisions as the sordid characters take on an ill-fated crime and a fleeting romance, according to Universal Music Group.

Co-written by Alaina alongside Emily Weisband and Paul DiGiovanni, “Getting Over Him” isn’t the first time that Pardi and Alaina have teamed up as they have previously collaborated on “Don’t Blame It On Whiskey,” a track that appears on Pardi’s 2019 album, Heartbreak Medication. The superstars also co-hosted the ACM Honors in 2018.
