Kelsea Ballerini Surprises Georgia Webster With Invitation To Join Her As Support On Heartfirst Tour [WATCH]

Country superstar Kelsea Ballerini surprises newcomer Georgia Webster with an invitation to join her as support on the HEARTFIRST TOUR.

The award-winning singer took Webster by surprise via FaceTime. Ballerini stumbled upon Webster’s TikTok account and knew she wanted the promising young singer/songwriter to join her on her upcoming tour.

”I don’t have words right now. This is not real,” Webster responded as she was left speechless by the unexpected call from the star.

“Tour starts in 11 days and it’s a show like nothing I’ve ever gotten to put together before. ALSO, I couldn’t be more excited to have the most talented cutest angel @itsgeorgiawebster joining me for all ten shows. Which one do we get to see your face?!” Ballerini captioned a post on Instagram.

The rising country artist expressed her excitement and gratitude for the invitation, commenting “So honored 💖💖💖” on the post.

The 10-stop tour will kick off on September 24 at the legendary Radio City Hall in New York, NY. The intimate tour will make stops in major cities including Los Angeles, Atlanta and Philadelphia.

Webster will release her newest EP, “Things We’re Not Saying” on September 23.

‘Chapter 1: Things We’re Not Saying’ coming out September 23rd🤭 PRE-SAVE IN BIO !!!” Webster shared via Instagram.

Ballerini’s tour announcement comes hot on the heels of her newest single “What I Have” off of her upcoming album Subject To Change.

The new song, which was co-written by Ballerini alongside Cary Barlowe and Alysa Vanderheym, finds the singer counting her blessings while coming to realization that “you don’t got to shine to be gold” and being happy with all that she has in her life.

“‘Cause I got a roof over my head / I got a warm body in bed / I’m doin’ alright right where I’m at / With what I have,” Ballerini sings on the song’s chorus before going into verse two. “I bought the shoes where the bottom is red / But who the hell am I tryin’ to impress? / When you sit back, that’s when you notice / The Joneses can’t even keep up with the Joneses / I know, don’t gotta shine to be gold.”

The star’s highly anticipated album is set to drop on September 23. The project will have an overall theme of coming to the realization that sometimes the little things in life mean the most, shared the country hitmaker during a performance at the Grand Ole Opry earlier this year.

The 15-track project includes recently released tracks “Heartfirst,” “Love Is A Cowboy,” “The Little Things” and “What I Have.”

“The journey starts with taking the power back from the fear of change and blissfully accepting that it is inevitable. The journey ends with peace of knowing that what I have now is meant for me. The in between is yours september 23rd. Two weeks my friends. 🦋” said Ballerini on Instagram.
