Jonas Brothers brought the heat with their 2019 Billboard Music Awards performance of their chart dominating No. 1 single “Sucker” off of their forthcoming new record, Happiness Begins, which is set to be released on June 7th. The brothers gave a montage of their hits including Nick Jonas’s “Jealous” that Joe Jonas lended his vocals on with Nick which was bone-chilling, before launching into a Nick Guitar guitar led performance of DNCE’s “Cake By The Ocean.” Jonas Brothers then heating up the awards show exploding into their No. 1 single “Sucker.”
This is the Jonas Brothers first televised award show performance in 10 years making for an iconic performance from the brothers, not to mention their first performance at the BBMAs.
Jonas Brothers just announced their highly anticipated ‘Happiness Begins’ tour today, which you can read about HERE, and fans are ecstatic about it and this will be the sibling trio’s first tour in a decade.
Jonas Brothers may have taken a break for a few years, but the siblings of Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas came roaring back in 2019 with their first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart, “Sucker,” which they performed tonight on the show. The track debuted atop the list, marking the first time a group opened at No. 1 in more than 20 years. Before the “Sucker” madness, Jonas Brothers notched five top 10-charting albums on the Billboard 200 chart (two of which hit No. 1) and earned over 6 million in equivalent album units for their overall album catalog. The trio also released a second single “COOL” from their new forthcoming album as well which has been commanding radio station worldwide.
