Following the release of his latest “If I Didn’t Love You” duet with Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean is teasing his tenth studio album.

In a recent interview with CMT’s Cody Alan, the “Blame It On You” singer teased some details of his upcoming album, which is the follow-up project to 9, his ninth full length project that spawned hits such as “We Back,” “Got What I Got” and his 25th No. 1 “Blame It On You.”

“We just finished tracking, and actually,” Aldean told Alan during the interview. “I just finished vocals for the album. So, my part of it is done. We are mixing it right now and sort of getting things ready.”

“This is our 10th album, so we wanted to do something a little special —something we haven’t done before,” Aldean added, before teasing, “So we have some surprises coming up and some stuff that is going to be really interesting.”

While the country superstar didn’t revealed many details, he shared that the project is a big deal and that the record will include some pretty cool stuff in addition to some special moments and surprises.

“We have some pretty cool stuff happening with this record. This is a big deal. So we wanted to do something that wasn’t just your typical, ya know, ‘Here’s 15 songs, thank you so much.’ We have some pretty cool stuff planned for this. A lot of songs and some special moments on there too.”

The tenth studio album currently remains untitled and has no official release date, however, his “If I Didn’t Love You” duet featuring Underwood will appear on the project.
