Halsey, 5 Seconds Of Summer, Niall Horan, Lizzo and more Amaze at Q102 Jingle Ball in Philadelphia

Halsey, 5 Seconds of Summer, Niall Horan, Lizzo, Monsta X, Why Don’t We and Lewis Capaldi brought quite an amazing show in Philadelphia to the Wells Fargo Center at the sixth stop of the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour Presented by Capital One. Bringing some of the hottest stars of today while also showcasing the best of the emerging artists as well.

Q102’s iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2019 is the sixth stop of the national iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour, the season’s biggest annual music event that captures the holiday spirit of the iHeartRadio app, in Tampa; Dallas/Ft. Worth; Los Angeles; San Francisco; Minneapolis/St. Paul; Philadelphia; New York; Boston; Washington, D.C.; Chicago; Atlanta and Miami/Ft. Lauderdale. The concert also donated $1.00 of each ticket sold to the Ryan Seacrest Foundation – a non-profit organization, which is dedicated to inspiring today’s youth through entertainment and education focused initiatives.

The iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2019 Tour is presented by Capital One®. Additional proud partners of this year’s national iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour events include: Aflac, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, The CW Network, Jumanji: The Next Level and Macy’s. Multimarket partners include American Girl, Delta Dental, Mercedes-Benz and Powercrunch. Q102 Jingle Ball 2019 is also sponsored locally by Bernie Robbins Jewelers, US Army and United States Marines.

Launching the evening was, Why Don’t We, who kicked off the show at 7:30pm with an explosive performance of their hits like “Come to Brazil” and “8 Letters” but also bringing a classic Christmas song to a new life when they performed “Feliz Navidad” which was an impressive rendition of the song with their vocals blending together ever so perfectly.

Lewis Capaldi stunned with his latest single “Before You Go” and a heartfelt rendition of Vanessa Carlton’s “A Thousand Miles” which I think he should record professionally as he impressed with his version of the song. After Capaldi was Niall Horan who will be tour-mates with Capaldi this spring on Horan’s ‘Nice To Meet Ya’ World Tour, not to mention the two are great friends. The crowd sang along very loudly during his rockin’ new single “Nice To Meet Ya” and especially during “This Town” and his finale song “Slow Hands.”

Next was powerhouse artist, Lizzo who dazzled in a festive red sparkling outfit as she powered through the hits including “Good As Hell,” “Juice” and of course her bringing a roaring sing-a-long to her massive No. 1, record breaking single “Truth Hurts.”

5 Seconds of Summer returned to the Philadelphia stage with fan favorite hits including “Youngblood,” “Easier” and “She Looks So Perfect.” Halsey dominated the night with her headlining performance as she pranced around the Jingle Ball stage in sexy Santa corset to close out the 2019 Philadelphia show with her hits, “Bad At Love” and “Eastside” but also giving fans an emotion-filled performance of her latest single “Finally // beautiful stranger.”
