Grammy-Nominated Artist Keb’ Mo’ Released Comical Video For Satirical Christmas Tune ‘Christmas Is Annoying’

Recently recognized for his GRAMMY nomination in the Best Americana Album category, Keb’ Mo’, helps the Scrooges of the world ring in the holiday season with the release of his music video for the tongue-in-cheek track, “Christmas Is Annoying.” Off his debut holiday album Moonlight, Mistletoe & You, now available (HERE), the anti-Christmas song has grown in popularity, holding a warm place in the hearts of those who may have a heart two sizes too small for Christmas season festivities. Watch the video below:

Shot and directed by Andrew Rozario, “Christmas Is Annoying,” is filled with sarcasm and satire, where Keb’ Mo’ plays the role of a child at Christmas time, basking in the glory of the days being merry and bright, singing, “When I was a child, Everything was magical, I believed in Santa Claus, It really was fantastical,” while two children act like adults, showing their frustrations with the holiday season, crossing their arms and expressing, “Christmas is really annoying!”

In October, Keb’ Mo’ released his first-ever holiday album, Moonlight, Mistletoe & You via Concord Records. The 10-track album, produced by Keb’ himself and recorded by Zach Allen at Stu Stu Studio in Franklin, TN, is now available here: https://found.ee/KebMo_MMY

Following the release of Keb’s critically acclaimed and deeply thought-provoking album, Oklahoma, the prolific musician celebrates the holidays with a collection of songs so truly unique and soulful; it could only be from Keb’ Mo’. His master skills as a songwriter are in full effect, penning honest (and hilarious) observations that speak to the real feelings of the holiday season. It’s the authenticity we come to expect from his music, now with yuletide greetings and bluesy cheer.
