Dolly Parton gave a festive performance of her reimagined holiday tune, “Holly Jolly Christmas” on Thursday (Nov. 26) at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Although Parton was not present in New York due to the ongoing pandemic and for safety purposes, she did give a memorable performance of the popular Christmas track in front of a Scenic background complete with a Cracker Barrel Restaurant sign.

“You know, Thanksgiving is the start of the holiday season. Christmas is just around the corner. You got your shoppin’ done? Hope you go buy my new Holly Dolly record ‘cause I’ve always wanted to do a little song called ‘Holly Dolly.’ So I did!” Parton said in the middle of her performance. “I hope you’re going to enjoy it for the holidays.”
