Demi Lovato, H.E.R. and Brandi Carlile joined forces for a one-of-a-kind tribute to Sir Elton John.
On Thursday, May 27, the star-studded trio honored John during the iHeartRadio Awards, honoring his life, legacy and music.
The medley performance kicked off with H.E.R. performing “Bennie And The Jets” on a red piano and then shredding a silver guitar to finish out the song. Following H.E.R.’s performance Carlile performed “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me” and Lovato stormed the stage in a pair of John’s signature sunglasses to perform his smash hit “I’m Still Standing.” Lovato even let John join in for a quick snippet of the chorus.
The superstar trio’s performance ended with a standing ovation.
