Dan + Shay performed their latest single “Glad You Exist” during the 2021 iHeartRadio Awards.
Following an introduction from superstar Gabby Barrett, the iHeartRadio Best Duo/Group winners performed from beneath a cherry blossom tree, performing a song they penned in honor of their fans, family and friends.

“Glad You Exist” was co-written by the duo’s Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney alongside Ryan Lewis, Tayla Parx and Jordan Reynolds. The track follows their chart-topping single “I Should Probably Go To Bed” and is expected to appear on their forthcoming yet-to-be announced new album.
The 2021 iHeartRadio Awards also featured performances from The Weeknd, Ariana Grande, Silk Sonic (Bruno Mars & Anderson.Paak), Usher, Doja Cat, and Demi Lovato, H.E.R. & Brandi Carlile honored Elton John with a special tribute.
In addition to the performers, the iHeartRadio Awards included a star-studded list of special appearances from LL Cool J, Chris Martin, Lil Nas X, Nelly, Machine Gun Kelly, French Montana, Lil Jon, Robin Thicke, Joel McHale, Oliver Stark, Ryan Guzman, Gabby Barrett, Ava Max, Raphael Saadiq, AJR, Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa, Roddy Ricch, twenty one pilots as well as Megan Thee Stallion.
